About Origo Solutions LLC

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of origo.ooo and any services provided by Origo Solutions LLC. Origo Solutions LLC operates as Origo, a boutique digital presence agency based in Texas providing branding, web design, SEO & AEO, copywriting, website concierge, and app development services to established, owner-operated businesses. By using this website or engaging Origo for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

All work performed by Origo Solutions LLC is custom and project-specific. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or project agreement provided to the client prior to work beginning. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or guarantee of specific results.

Origo reserves the right to decline any project or engagement at its sole discretion.

Payment Terms

A deposit is required before work begins on any project. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in the project proposal or agreement. By approving a proposal and submitting a deposit, the client authorizes Origo Solutions LLC to begin work on the agreed scope.

All sales are final on completed and approved work. Refunds on completed work are not available except where expressly agreed in writing. Clients who discontinue a project mid-engagement remain responsible for payment for all work completed to that point per the terms of their project agreement.

Revisions

The number of revision rounds included in a project is defined in the project proposal or agreement. Revision requests that fall within the agreed scope are included. Requests that exceed the agreed scope, including changes to direction, copy, or structure after approval, are considered additional work and will be billed at Origo's standard hourly rate.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely approvals, and necessary feedback at each project stage. Origo's ability to deliver on schedule depends on the client's participation. Delays caused by the client, including late content delivery, missed approval windows, or prolonged feedback periods, do not extend Origo's liability or alter agreed project timelines.

Project Abandonment

If a client is unresponsive for 30 or more consecutive days without prior written notice, the project may be closed at Origo's discretion. In this case, the deposit is forfeited and no refund will be issued for work completed. Restarting a closed project requires a new proposal and a new deposit.

Intellectual Property

Origo Solutions LLC retains ownership of all work product, including designs, copy, code, and other deliverables, until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all final deliverables produced specifically for that engagement.

Origo Solutions LLC retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, unused design directions, internal processes, tools, templates, and proprietary frameworks. These are not transferred to the client.

Origo Solutions LLC reserves the right to display completed client work in its portfolio and marketing materials. Clients who wish to restrict portfolio use must submit a written request to jon@origo.ooo within 30 days of project completion.

Limitation of Liability

Origo Solutions LLC's total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Origo Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services, even if Origo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, internet outages, or other events outside either party's reasonable ability to anticipate or prevent.

Website Use

The content on origo.ooo, including text, images, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Origo Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites linked from our site.

Accessibility

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to them or to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

Origo Solutions LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
