Websites need consistent attention to perform, security patches, content updates, performance tuning, and SEO maintenance compound over time. A 12-month commitment lets us actually do the work that produces results, not just react to emergencies.
All tiers include hosting management, security monitoring, regular backups, performance optimization, and small content updates. Higher tiers add larger content updates, design changes, new pages, analytics reporting, and priority response times.
Response times depend on your tier, ranging from same-week turnaround to priority same-day response. Emergencies, like security issues or site downtime, are addressed immediately regardless of tier.
Major changes like new sections, redesigns, or substantial new functionality are handled as separate scoped projects rather than concierge work. We'll quote those in advance so you always know what's covered and what isn't.
